All-inclusive luxury cooking Lessons

Experience a sensory overload with luxury cooking lessons—all-inclusive one-week sessions. Our dedicated team promises to impart you the secrets to true Italian cuisine while providing insight on the region’s culinary traditions through culinary excursions. Cooking classes for groups of 8 to 10 people, 7-day period, Saturday to Saturday. Package includes accommodations, meals at the Villa, cooking classes and activities.

Kitchen fitted-out with a huge island and luxury fittings – stainless appliances, side-by-side fridge, extra-wide cook’s stove – and a full complement of All-Clad pots and pans.


During your seven-day stay, you will learn to prepare authentic dishes based on traditional family recipes passed down over generations, while staying in an enchanting nineteenth century private estate. The cookery school boasts a large gourmet-style kitchen with luxury fittings inside the home, and the outdoor kitchen—the focal point of this estate—is 30 square meters with stone tile floors. The fully-equipped kitchen is features a huge island, wood pizza oven, wood BBQ fireplace, sink, gas cooktop and bar fridge. This area is located near the main kitchen of the home, a stone path leading to it. Both areas create a vibrant sharing and learning cooking area. Outside the kitchen garden is the fresh-grown herb garden, giving an original freshness to this unique cooking class.

This intimate course, led by Guest Chef, will combine guided practical lessons with culinary tours, visits to local producers and regular excursions to regional markets. It is through this combination of activities that your knowledge and appreciation of Italian flavours will be further developed. You will master the fundamentals that are inherent to Italian cooking, from perfecting homemade pasta and gnocchi to creating stunning sauces, baking pizza and other cherished delicacies, finishing this extra special experience with the preparation of desserts. And best of all, you get to sit down and enjoy it all at the end of your lesson, along with some local wines.
